Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials.
Step 2: mix high gluten flour, salt, milk powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Step 4: add cream and knead into smooth dough
Step 5: (expansion phase).
Step 6: place in a large bowl in the greenhouse, cover and let ferment for 30 minutes or double.
