Introduction:
"Wenyi's formula. It is suitable for a 14cm square mousse ring (I use a 6-inch round mold with movable bottom)
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all materials.
Step 2: melt the chocolate in hot water.
Step 3: melt the chocolate and add the softened butter. Stir to mix the butter and chocolate.
Step 4: add the fine granulated sugar and maple syrup and mix well (you can leave without maple syrup). I used honey instead.
Step 5: add the eggs one by one and mix well.
Step 6: mix low gluten flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and sift in.
Step 7: after mixing well, the brownie part is finished.
Step 8: mix the softened cream cheese with the softened butter.
Step 9: add sugar and stir well.
Step 10: add the eggs and stir.
Step 11: sift in the low gluten flour, stir well, and the cheese batter is ready.
Step 12: place the brownie paste on the bottom of the mold and pour the cheese paste.
Step 13: carefully wrap tin foil on the outside of the mold, inject 1 cm high hot water into the baking pan, bake in this water bath at 160 ℃ for about 50 minutes, and then demould after thoroughly cooling.

Maple syrup: 5g
Egg: 1
Low gluten flour: 25g
Cocoa powder: 10g
Baking powder: 2G
Salt: 1g
Cream cheese: 100g
Note: chocolate I choose is pure dark chocolate, more fragrant. If you put pure dark chocolate, please increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your favorite sweetness.
