Production steps:

Step 10: leave about 1 / 4 of the dough for surface decoration, and spread the rest to the bottom of the mold. The eight inch cake mold I used was not as big as the original one, so the same formula was a little thick
Step 11: peel and cut the apple into pieces, squeeze in lemon juice to prevent its rapid oxidation

Step 13: rub the remaining batter into strips and put them on top. I was going to put it in a good place, but when it was time for class, I put it in a hurry. The mold is an 8-inch cake mold
Step 14: preheat the oven at 175 ℃ for 5 minutes, and bake it at 175 ℃ for 35 minutes. Because I made it a little thick, I was afraid that the color on it was too heavy. So I adjusted the heat to 150 and baked it at 175 ℃ for 15 minutes.
Step 15: cool the baked cake a little and demould it when you can
