Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Slice the sweet potato and heat it in the microwave for six minutes until cooked.

Sweet potato: 800g
Glutinous rice flour: 200g
Sugar: right amount
Note: it's better to use microwave oven to heat sweet potato until it's ripe, so the moisture will be much less, and it won't be thin after adding glutinous rice flour. Don't add water. The Yuanzi is round and good.
