Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the glutinous rice flour; mix the glutinous rice flour with cold water to form a smooth dough.
Step 2: prepare the cooked black sesame powder and the ground peanut; add a small amount of cooked oil and sweet scented osmanthus into the sesame powder and the ground peanut to form the filling core.
Step 3: take a small piece of glutinous rice flour and knead it into a nest shape, then wrap it in the raw filling of sesame and put it away to make the raw embryo of tangyuan.
Step 4: wrap all the dumplings one by one.
Step 5: put the dumplings into the drawer.
Step 6: decorate the top of Tangyuan with medlar. Boil the water in the pan, put it in the drawer, steam for 5 minutes.

Note: 1. The glutinous rice flour used is hanging paste powder. It is easy to mix with cold water. 2. You can choose your favorite flavor to mix the stuffing. 3. I don't like steamed dumplings. They are as delicious as cooked ones.
