Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash cauliflower and break it into small flowers.
Step 2: blanch the small cauliflower. Blanched cauliflower is directly fished into cold water to cool and then controlled to dry.
Step 3: add oil to the pan and saute the garlic.
Step 4: stir fry cauliflower in boiling water.
Step 5: add oyster sauce and stir well.
Step 6: add chicken essence to taste.

Cauliflower: 200g
Minced garlic: right amount
Chicken essence: 2G
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Note: blanched cauliflower should be put into cold water to cool, and dry water must be controlled to avoid soup and affect the taste
