Spicy sausage
Introduction:
"Today's dish is made according to the taste of the family. My father-in-law likes to eat soft food, so I didn't stir up oil in the pig intestines, and I didn't like Chinese prickly ash, so I directly used white pepper. Although I planned to make dry pot fat intestines at the beginning, the final product is spicy fat intestines, which is not too bad, but the most important thing is that my family had a good time. It's true that this dish is super delicious. "
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the pig's large intestine with flour and salt inside and outside (vinegar is OK), add a little salt and ginger slices until the large intestine can be easily inserted with chopsticks.
Step 2: remove and cut the segment.
Step 3: slice the potatoes and celery.
Step 4: shredded ginger, sliced garlic, green pepper and red pepper, cut into oblique circles (do not eat spicy seeds), coriander wash and cut into sections.
Step 5: smash the white pepper with the handle.
Step 6: heat a little oil in a frying pan and cut the potato chips.
Step 7: fry until both sides are golden and cooked thoroughly.
Step 8: skip the oil and set aside.
Step 9: saute shredded ginger and garlic slices with oil.
Step 10: put green and red pepper in the oil.
Step 11: pour in the large intestine.
Step 12: pour in the patted pepper.
Step 13: keep frying until the water in the pan is dry and the large intestine is slightly oily.
Step 14: pour in the chips and celery.
Step 15: pour in some soy sauce.
Step 16: dribble a little more.
Step 17: stir fry evenly and add appropriate amount of chicken powder.
