Introduction:
"Last weekend, I really wanted to drink mutton soup. I went to the supermarket and bought some mutton. I only had leg of mutton, so I bought two Jin of leg of mutton. I bought some chicken breast so that I could eat it well. I bought bamboo sticks at the vegetable market, washed them at home, and then scalded them with hot water. Production steps:
Step 1: cut the mutton well, add three spoons of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of chili powder, cumin powder and a small amount of pepper, mix well with one teaspoon of edible oil, and marinate for more than one hour.
Step 2: marinate the chicken breast with cooking wine for a while. I use fried chicken powder, about three teaspoons of fried chicken powder, one teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of edible oil to marinate for more than one hour.
Step 3: stick the meat with a bamboo stick. As the saying goes, practice leads to true knowledge. It's suggested that the mutton string should be a little tight. The mutton has a lot of water, so it's easy to shrink. Like to eat a little fat, you can string pieces of fat in the middle.
Microwave chicken kebabs for 2 minutes, take out brush sauce (I mixed chicken breast taste light, brush a bit of their own sauce), turn over and continue to heat for 2 minutes. Brush the sauce and bake, the chicken breast is not so dry.
Mutton high heat for 3 minutes, take out the soup out of the plate, sprinkle cumin, turn over and continue high heat for 3 minutes.

Soy sauce: 4 teaspoons

Note: the sauce of chicken kebab can be adjusted according to your own preference. I only put some chili sauce and yellow sauce, and added some water. Like to eat sweet and sour mouth can also be adjusted to tomato sauce, according to the salty add sauce. I used two small pieces of chicken breast, which can string 8-10 strings. The mutton is about 300g, which is about ten strings.
