Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix noodles: 1 jin of jiangmi noodles with 6 liang of water. Add water and rub the noodles to make the flour evenly moistened.
Step 2: Boil kidney beans: wash the kidney beans and put them into a pressure cooker. Drain water to make the kidney beans less than 5cm. Cook them over high heat. Steam them and cook them for another 25 minutes. Don't open the lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes. (it's best to cool thoroughly and then use) < br > < br > after taking out, mix well with the rice noodles.
