Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare tremella, Sydney, Lily and wolfberry.
Step 2: soak tremella, wash and set aside.
Step 3: soak the lily in advance the night before, wash and set aside.
Step 4: peel and core the pear, cut the orange petals and set aside.
Step 5: put Tremella into rice pot, add appropriate amount of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6: add the lily and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7: add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 8: add Lycium barbarum.

Rock sugar: 40g
Note: 1, rock sugar Tremella high sugar content, should not eat before going to bed, in order to avoid increased blood viscosity. 2. Tremella can clear lung heat, so it should not be used for exogenous wind cold. 3. The deteriorated Tremella is not edible and may cause toxic reaction. If it is serious, it may be life-threatening.
