Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dice pork, the smaller the better, peel carrot, dice cucumber and dice garlic
Step 2: stir the eggs into egg liquid and prepare proper amount of chicken soup (if there is no chicken soup, use water instead)
Step 3: prepare the shrimps
Stir fry the diced garlic in a saucepan, then add the garlic oil
Step 5: then add diced cucumber and diced carrot, stir fry for a while
Step 6: add chicken soup, then add soy sauce, stew until the soup boils, and finally add sesame oil (if there is no chicken soup, add water)
Step 7: separate the soup and diced meat
Step 8: This is the filtered soup. Let it cool
Step 9: when the soup is almost cold, mix it with the egg liquid evenly. The ratio can be 1 part of egg liquid and 1.5-2 parts of soup. If you want to eat something more tender, you can change it into 1 part of egg liquid and 3 parts of soup (you can't mix it when it's too hot, it will scald the egg liquid)
Step 10: after mixing, pass through the screen twice. The purpose of passing through the screen is to filter out impurities and make the egg liquid more smooth
Step 11: prepare the stew and other ingredients
Step 12: pour the egg into the stew cup, then add the diced meat and vegetables, then the shrimps, and mix well
Step 13: steam in the steamer, just like you usually do. Remember to cover the stew cup
Step 14: then you can eat
