Production steps:
Step 1: wash the sweet potato and peel it. Cut the sweet potato into cubes. Flatten the ginger with a knife.

Note: 1. Brown sugar can be replaced by white sugar, because the sweetness of brown sugar is higher than that of white sugar, so I usually use brown sugar at home. 2.
