Production steps:
Step 1: 500g beef brisket, 2 potatoes, 4 garlic petals, 2 scallions, 1 scallion, 1 carrot, 1 ginger, 7-8 millet peppers, 5-6 fragrant leaves, 2-3 star anise, and 1 prickly ash.

Step 5: set the electric pressure cooker time to 20 minutes, then the stew can be started.
Step 6: while stewing, wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into hob pieces. Cut the carrot into 1 cm cubes.
Step 7: wash shallot and cut into powder, peel and slice garlic.
Step 8: when the beef is stewed, you will find a large layer of black foam floating on the broth. These are all the dirty things in the beef.
Step 9: take out the beef piece by piece, drain the water and put it in a small bowl.
Step 10: pour a little oil into the frying pan and fry the garlic slices until the oil is hot.
Step 11: pour in the stewed beef and stir fry until the meat flavor wafts out.
Step 12: pour in the potatoes and continue to stir fry until the potatoes are slightly sticky.
Step 13: pour in fresh water without food, add salt, soy sauce, oil consumption, a little sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce, and add the remaining millet pepper (do not break section), pour in carrots, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

To know that beef tissue is much thicker than pork, the ability to absorb juice is very strong. 4. The beef stewed in electric pressure cooker can be taken out and drained. There is no need to wash it with clean water. On the one hand, it is unnecessary. On the other hand, it is easy to cool the water to make the meat tight and the flavor light. 5.
