Production steps:
Step 1: wash the eggplant and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2: pour vegetable oil (about 500g) into the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, pour in eggplant pieces and fry them over low heat.

Step 10: add 1 tbsp sugar, add 1 tbsp water and stir well.
Step 11: put in the cut garlic slices, add a little salt (flour sauce has salinity), stir fry evenly.
