Production steps:
Step 1: take the frozen corn out of the refrigerator and thaw it at room temperature. Rinse with clean water and drain water for later use. Wash the green and red peppers and chop them. Chop the chives.
Step 2: do not pour oil into the pot, put pine nuts into the pot, and slowly bake pine nuts with low heat. When the pine kernel turns yellowish and the surface is glossy, it will cool naturally.
Step 3: pour oil into the pot, heat it over high heat to 70%, stir fry shallot until fragrant.

Note: 1. I use the frozen corn from shangchaoli today. I think frozen corn is more suitable for pine kernel corn than fresh corn. I've tried it twice. It's not better than this one. 2. Take the frozen corn out of the refrigerator and freeze it naturally. Don't put it in the water, otherwise it will affect the taste. 3. The oil content of pine nut is very large, don't eat too much. 4. Add some fresh milk, the taste is stronger and the corn is sweeter.
