Production steps:
Step 1: over steam the cut pumpkin
Step 2: after steaming, press into mud with a spoon

Raisins: moderate
Red bean paste: right amount
Note: 1. The amount of pumpkin is the amount of steamed pumpkin paste. Adding corn starch will make the pumpkin cake taste better. If not, use glutinous rice flour. 2.
