Braised yam with Chinese date
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: wash the jujube and soak it in water for half an hour.
Step 3: peel the yam, cut it into slices, and wash off the mucus on the yam surface with flowing water.
