Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice ginger and garlic, cut dried pepper into sections.
Step 2: clean all the ingredients, cut the frozen tofu into triangle shape after thawing, and squeeze out the excess water. Sliced carrot, sliced garlic and green onion.
Step 3: heat the oil in a hot pan. After the oil is heated, pour in all the seasonings and a small part of the scallions cut into sections, and stir fry them over low heat.
Step 4: pour in the frozen tofu and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the water over the ingredients.
Step 5: bring the water to a boil, cover the pan and simmer for a while until the frozen tofu is well done.
Step 6: add onion and carrot, stir well.

Step 9: pour in vinegar along the edge of the pot and turn it over evenly. After the starch is thickened, turn off the heat and add monosodium glutamate.
