Braised pork with bean curd

Production steps:
Step 1: first cut tofu into thick pieces, sliced pork, ginger, chopped garlic and scallion.
Step 2: add oil in a hot pan, add 3G salt, fry tofu until both sides are slightly yellow, and take out.
Step 3: add the pork and fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add appropriate water, add seasoning, add fried tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sesame oil: 1g
Note: when frying, it's best to use a non stick pot. Sprinkle some salt on the bean curd, so that it's easy to fry. It won't paste the bottom and has the bottom taste. Be careful when turning the spatula.
