Production steps:
Step 1: mix 5 egg yolks with 40g white granulated sugar and 1 tbsp corn starch
Step 2: add the egg yolk paste into 250ml milk, heat over medium heat until thick, and then cool

Step 4: mix egg yolk paste, 100ml red bean paste and whipped cream
