Classic American breakfast pancake with butter
Introduction:
"When I live abroad, especially when I go to school in the United States, my favorite thing is to go to diner in the morning to eat a plate of milk and butter pancake with maple syrup and fresh fruit. It's really refreshing all day!"
Production steps:
Step 1: mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in one bowl; beat milk, eggs and melted butter in another bowl.
Step 2: beat all the ingredients well and let stand for 5-10 minutes
Step 3: put the thick flour paste into the pan, about 1cm thick, and turn it over if it bubbles on one side, about one minute for each side
