Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice for more than 12 hours, drain the water and mix in the right amount of Matcha powder
Step 2: fill in a small amount of glutinous rice and add dates
Step 3: put the glutinous rice again until it is full
Step 4: fold the tail of the palm leaf forward, fold the growing part to the right, ensure that the glutinous rice is tightly wrapped, and tie the knot with cotton cord.
Step 5: after all wrapped, put the pressure cooker into operation, turn the pressure valve to low heat, cook for 15-20 minutes, open the pot after natural pressure reduction, and let it cool to eat
