Braised spareribs with garlic
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: rib and garlic, choose Purple Garlic;
Step 2: soak the ribs in water for 3 to 4 hours in advance, change the water for 3 or 4 times in the middle, and soak the blood and impurities;

Step 7: start the frying pan, heat the pan, cool the oil, add the garlic, stir fry slowly over low heat until the surface of the garlic is golden yellow, and set aside;
Step 8: leave crude oil in the pan, add the marinated spareribs and the marinated onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry over low heat until the spareribs change color;
Step 9: add appropriate amount of boiling water, and then remove the spareribs;
Step 10: add Japanese zhaoshao juice;
Step 11: add ground pepper powder;
Step 12: turn the high heat to boil, change the medium and low heat, cover the pot and stew;
Step 13: stew until the soup is thick, then add in the fried garlic petals, stir fry and collect the juice;
Step 14: turn off the heat, add the shallot, and start the pot.

Yellow rice wine: 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

Japanese zhaoshao sauce: 4 teaspoons

Note: 1. The garlic should be fried until the skin is crisp and yellow. If you want to taste better, you can cut the garlic into slices. 2. If you don't have the sauce, you can use 1 teaspoon old soy sauce, 2 teaspoons raw soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar instead. 3. Soy sauce, oyster sauce are salty, do not need to put salt.
