Production steps:
Step 1: slice fish tofu, dried bean curd and ham respectively, peel lotus root, wash and slice, wash celery and cut into sections, wash onion and cut into strips, thaw shrimps and set aside. Note: note that soy sauce must be free to smoke, do not put the old soy sauce, fresh soy sauce taste more sufficient, old soy sauce is used to color, put here will have a bitter taste.
