Production steps:
Step 1: wash the green pepper, pat it with the back of the knife, cut it in half, and set aside.
Step 2: dry the wok, add green pepper and stir fry the skin downward.
Step 3: when the green pepper skin is wrinkled, turn it over, pour a little oil and continue to stir until the green pepper is soft.
Step 4: stir fried green pepper shovel up standby.
Step 5: smash the garlic and cut the millet pepper in half.
Step 6: heat the oil in a pan, add millet pepper and garlic to stir up the fragrance.
Step 7: add soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, salt and 2 tbsp warm water to boil.

Note: this kind of green pepper is not spicy, so I also add millet pepper. If I don't like spicy, millet pepper can't be added.
