Braised pork with bamboo shoots
Introduction:
"My husband is a meat controller, and the days with meat are always very happy. Dried bamboo shoots with meat is a delicious dish. I guess many people like it. The meat is oily but not greasy. Dried bamboo shoots absorb delicious gravy and taste better than braised pork. It's only meat left after eating. I always feel that the bamboo shoots are not enough to eat. Besides, my husband has to use this soup to make rice. This guy can really eat it. "
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water for half a day, then change the water several times and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2: slice ginger, prepare star anise and cinnamon.
Step 3: cut the pork into large pieces.
Step 4: add oil to the pan, stir ginger and star anise cinnamon in a small fire
Step 5: pour in the meat, add a little soy sauce and rock sugar, stir fry over low heat until oil comes out.
Step 6: pour in some boiling water, add five spice powder, bring to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes, add some salt, and pour in dried bamboo shoots.
Step 7: cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 8: collect the juice on high fire, start the pot, pour a little oil on it, and then put it on the plate. (in order to make the pot look better, I drizzled a layer of bright oil when I started the pot. It looks bright.)
