Production steps:
Step 1: make Nestle 100% mellow coffee with hot water

Step 3: pour into the flower cup, vigorously shake out the bubbles

Note: milk bubble production: 1, milk bubble can only be made with Nestle whole milk, other brands of milk into milk bubble easy to defoaming or not into milk bubble. When I use Nestle full fat sweet milk powder for trial production, it becomes easier to make milk bubbles, and the water temperature can be as long as it does not exceed 70 degrees, and there is no need to add sugar when enjoying. 2. The amount of milk should not exceed 1 / 2 of the milk bubble pot, otherwise the milk will overflow due to expansion when making milk bubble. 3. Milk should not be heated more than 70 degrees, otherwise the protein structure in milk will be destroyed. 4. The cover and filter screen should not be heated directly. 5. Quickly pull the filter screen to press the air into the milk. When pulling, there is no need to press the air to the bottom. Because it is to push the air into the milk, it only needs to move on the surface of the milk; the number of times is not too much, and gently pull 30 ~ 60 times. 6. For example, when making iced coffee, cool the milk to below 5 degrees. Of course, don't let the milk freeze because it's too cold.
