Production steps:
Step 1: peel the pumpkin, wash the flesh, slice and steam until soft and rotten. Take 200g as reserve.
Step 2: mix the pumpkin paste into the glutinous rice flour and knead it into dough
Step 3: refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 4: divide into small groups of about 30g.
Step 5: press into pancakes and then wrap in bean paste stuffing.
Step 6: after wrapping it, rub it round, then press it down slightly, and press out the lines of pumpkin with toothpick.
Step 7: mix a small amount of Matcha powder with glutinous rice powder and set aside.
Step 8: use Matcha dough as a base and gently press it on the pumpkin.
Step 9: bring to a boil and steam for 8 minutes.

Chengfen: 30g
Bean paste filling: 100g
Matcha powder: right amount
