Production steps:
Step 1: 500 grams of glutinous rice flour was used.

Note: 1. The weight of things, in fact, not so precise, practice makes perfect, do more to master. 2. It's very easy to wrap sesame seeds in the kneaded sticky cake balls, and the sesame seeds don't drop much when frying. 3. The main reason is the oil temperature. Deep fried sesame balls must have a low fire, which is easy to burst. 4. I forgot to mention in the picture just now that it is very heavy. If you want to fry the sesame ball into a ball shape, you need to press the sesame ball with a flat shovel for about three or four minutes (when the sesame ball is just about to float), and gently press it flat. In a few seconds, it will return to a round shape. Press it flat several times and fry it in the pot for a while. PS: I think sesame balls are really troublesome. They are not as easy to make as cake shaped ones. Sticky cakes can be fried in oil for five or six minutes, and they will be ripe when they float. But spherical ones need to be fried for more time, and they can't be used in large fires. It really needs patience.
