Homemade strawberry jam -- the taste of spring
Introduction:
"Although it's a little cold this spring, it doesn't affect the growth of flowers and grass. A variety of seasonal fruits are also on the market. At this time, strawberry is my favorite. Today, when I went to the morning market, I found that the strawberries were very fresh and much cheaper than when they first appeared on the market. I bought two kilos of strawberries. Some of them were ready to eat, and others could make their own strawberry jam. It was healthy, delicious and economical. It's good to eat by yourself or send friends away ~ "
Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the fresh strawberries, soak them in light salt water for a while, and drain the water.
Step 2: pick the strawberry stalk.
Step 3: remove the strawberries. Because I like strawberry jam with pulp, I specially bought small strawberries to save cutting.
Step 4: Sprinkle appropriate amount of sugar, add according to your own preference.
Step 5: add preservative film and refrigerate for a while. I refrigerated for about three hours.
Step 6: look at some recipes that use lemon juice. I don't know its use. I think it's probably to extend the shelf life. I didn't have any lemon. I just bought a pineapple and squeezed some pineapple juice. I think the effect should be similar~
Step 7: clean the empty bottle, blanch it with hot water for a while, and then turn the bottle upside down. It is said that it can kill bacteria. Hahaha ~ finally, it turns out that the small bottle is enough, because I ate some o (∩) in the process of picking strawberries_ ∩)O
Step 8: in the afternoon, take out the sugar soaked strawberries. They are out of water and taste sweet and sour.
Step 9: add a little water in the non stick pot, it is estimated that there will be half a small bowl, and add a few pieces of rock sugar.
Step 10: bring to a boil until the rock sugar completely melts.
Step 11: pour the strawberries into the pot, turn down the heat, keep stirring, and squeeze the strawberries with a shovel.
Step 12: add pineapple juice.
Step 13: the color of strawberries will be very light at first, and the color of strawberries will be darker and darker with continuous stirring and heating. Strawberries look sticky, too~
Step 14: heat until the juice is almost collected. According to your preference, if you like more juice, you should collect less juice. If you like viscous feeling, you should heat more for a while.
Step 15: at last, it's very sticky. How about a strawberry~
