Step 1: wash the asparagus, remove the old part and cut it with a knife. I like to eat garlic. I used half garlic.
Step 2: cut asparagus and garlic into foam.

Note: 1. I forgot to take a picture when I was frying. For the first time, I was negligent. 2. If the oil temperature is too high, the garlic will scorch easily and will not produce fragrance. 3. Asparagus is very tender in spring. It doesn't need to be fried too long, but it doesn't taste good.
