Production steps:
Step 1: melt the fresh yeast with 150g water, add it into the flour and stir it into snowflake shape, then knead it into a uniform dough and cover it with hair until it is twice the size of the original dough.
Step 2: prepare the red bean paste stuffing.
Step 3: get the dates ready.
Step 4: knead the fermented dough until it is completely exhausted.
Step 5: rub it into strips and divide it into three parts of 200g, 250g and 50g.
Step 6: round 200g dough, flatten it and roll it into 7-8mm thick wafer.

Step 24: bring the water to a boil in the pot, spread the wet cloth on the grate, put the steamed bun on the cloth, cover it, bring it to a boil over high heat, and steam over low heat for 25 minutes.
