Introduction:
"Recently, I've had some greasy food. I want to eat more vegetables. When I saw some pakchoi sellers in the market, I bought some. I thought it would be good to make pakchoi noodles. Moreover, eating more green leafy vegetables is good for our health."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
Step 2: blanch the fine vermicelli in boiling water.
