Production steps:
Step 1: clean the pig skin and put it into a water pot. Boil it in high heat and then cook it in low heat to thicken and change color.

Step 3: cut the pig skin with a knife into 5cm wide strips, thread them and hang them in a ventilated and cool place to dry.

Step 7: take out the oil from the fried pigskin and set aside.
Step 8: put the fried pigskin into the boiling water pot, and then soak it for about 6 hours. The pigskin will become soft, swollen and elastic.
Step 9: soak the fried pig skin to cool, cook soup, or cook with other vegetables.
