Production steps:
Step 1: cut pineapple into pieces smaller than 1cm
Step 2: water no pineapple, 300 grams of honey, boiling water for 20 minutes.
Step 3: put the cooked pineapple slices into the baking tray. It's better to use the baking net. The upper and lower ventilation is better.
Step 4: 60 degrees, add fire and wind, 3 hours. This picture shows the degree of air drying after baking for 2 hours.
Step 5: This is the degree of baking for 3 hours and drying in the room overnight.
Step 6: boiled pineapple honey water, or better to drink. It's super concentrated. You should drink some boiled water.

Note: there is no difficulty in making preserves. The test is patience. It takes a long time to bake. I used 140 degrees to bake a plate, because the temperature is too high, the pineapple is not dry, it has tended to paste, and when the pineapple is dry, it is completely paste. Adjust the oven temperature to 60 degrees and bake for 3 hours without turning over or tossing. You can do whatever you want in these 3 hours.
