Production steps:
Step 1: wash the wormwood, and wash the mud on the grass as many times as possible.
Step 2: bring the water to a boil, add the washed wormwood, boil for 2 minutes and take it out.
Step 3: wash the wormwood with cold water again.
Step 4: put into the mixer, add 150ml of water, and stir into wormwood mud.
Step 5: weigh the glutinous rice flour, rice flour (if not, use a bowl of glutinous rice 2 bowls, rice flour 1 bowl) and add wormwood mud.
Step 6: add the right amount of boiling water (here I added about 50ml) and a little bit of boiling water. Knead the dough while adding water, knowing that it doesn't stick to your hands.
Step 7: knead into three lights
Step 8: cook the red beans, add butter and sugar, stir fry and set aside (this step is to set aside before making the Green League). Rub the bean paste into small balls.
Step 9: take a piece of skin, press flat and put in red bean stuffing (what I do here is 30g skin, 20g stuffing, those who like stuffing can adjust by themselves)
Step 10: close the mouth and knead it gently.
Step 11: wash and dry the leaves of rice dumplings, lay them on the steaming rack, and put on the Green League.
Step 12: in the fire for 10 minutes, after the surface of the pot brush some olive oil, look at the oil bright, you can eat it.

Note: 1. The amount of heating water should be added according to the surface water absorption, not all the water at one time. 2. It's easier to set the shape when the bean paste stuffing is fried dry. 3. If you can't eat it, you can wrap it with fresh-keeping film after it cools down, which can prevent hand sticking and make it convenient to take it out to eat. 4. This is glutinous rice food. People with poor digestive function, such as intestines and stomach, should not eat too much at a time.
