Production steps:
Step 1: after preparing the ingredients, boil a pot of water. When the temperature is high, put the whole duck in and heat it. Take out the fish when it is about 5 years old. Put 2 pieces of ginger and cooking wine when you are hot.
Step 2: when the duck is cool, cut it into small pieces to make it tasty. Cut other ingredients into pieces. Leave the garlic whole. Peel the pickled lemon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 3: add oil to the frying pan. The amount of oil depends on the size of the duck. Heat up and stir fry the duck.
Step 4: after the duck is dry and oily, add ginger slices and continue to fry. At the same time, add the right amount of cooking wine and a soy sauce to stir fry the flavor.
Step 5: stir fry the shredded lemon first. Because the main flavor of duck is pickled lemon, so the taste must be sufficient. Then, pour all the other ingredients into the pan and stir fry.
Step 6: continue to stir fry and heat evenly.
Step 7: add appropriate amount of hot water to simmer. About 20 to 30 minutes. In the process of cooking, turn it regularly, taste it at the same time, and season it by yourself.
Step 8: start the pot when the juice is almost finished.
