Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: main raw materials: wonton skin, fresh meat, a mushroom and half a carrot.
Step 2: add salt, cooking wine, chicken powder, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking oil to the meat stuffing, and stir evenly in one direction.
Step 3: cut mushrooms, carrots and shallots separately.
Step 4: add the chopped mushrooms, carrots and scallions into the meat stuffing, add sesame oil and mix well.
Step 5: mixed meat.
Step 6: take a piece of wonton skin and put some meat stuffing on it. Fold it diagonally. (it's easier to wrap the wonton skin with some water on all sides)
Step 7: just squeeze the corners. (Bao yuntun can follow his own custom)
Step 8: pack everything in turn.
Step 9: prepare some ingredients: Parsley, eggs, laver, shrimp.
Step 10: wash and chop coriander.
Step 11: put the cut coriander into a bowl, add a little chicken powder, pepper and soy sauce.
Step 12: put water into the pan, add laver and shrimps and cook for three or two minutes
