Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials for Tangyuan: purple potato, pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, cooked peach kernel (stuffing) and cooked sesame (stuffing)
Step 2: steam the purple potato and pumpkin
Step 3: grind sesame and walnut kernel with dry grinding function of cooking machine
Step 4: add appropriate amount of sugar and corn oil to the ground black sesame stuffing according to your own taste. We used to add lard, but we don't eat lard in our family
Step 5: make purple potato and pumpkin and glutinous rice flour into two-color dough, knead smooth
Step 6: take a piece of dough, knead it into a small ball, and knead it into tangyuanpi in the palm of your hand
Step 7: pack in the right amount of stuffing, tighten the mouth and shape it into a round shape
Step 8: follow the same method to finish all the dough in turn, be sure to make the same size
Step 9: cook the dumplings in boiling water. Just let the dumplings float
Step 10: the boiled dumplings have thin skin and large filling, which are very delicious and moist

Note: glutinous rice flour itself is not easy to digest, but adding purple potato and pumpkin is not the same, delicious or digestible
