Production steps:
Step 1: remove the core of the jujube, wash it, and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: drain the dates.
Step 3: cut the jujube from the middle, but not completely.
Step 4: take the right amount of glutinous rice flour into the basin, add hot water, knead into dough.
Step 5: rub the noodles into granules, put them into the jujube, and knead them gently.
Step 6: put into the pressure cooker and steam for 10 minutes.
Step 7: put into pressure cooker and steam for 8 minutes.
Step 8: after steaming and taking out, pour honey or sugar osmanthus, sprinkle with black sesame.

Note: 1. To remove the core of jujube, you can use chopsticks to poke, but I can't do it. I use a knife to cut the jujube a little, and then dig out the core of jujube. 2.
