Pig feet with sour bamboo shoots
Introduction:
Production steps:
The first step: put the washed pig feet into the electric pressure cooker and go to a bowl of water and then adjust for 20 minutes. I love the pig feet with a little chewing, so don't press too long. (I don't have a pressure cooker at home, so if it's a pressure cooker, put more water in it and press it for 10 minutes.)
Step 2: prepare the ingredients
Step 3: Boil the sour bamboo shoots with dry water first. Remember not to add oil. Stir fry for about three or four minutes
Step 4: stir fry the sour bamboo shoots in dry water, pour in the dried red pepper and garlic, stir fry for two minutes (because there is no oil, it's easy to scorch if you don't stir fry continuously), and then set aside
Step 5: pour the pressed pig feet out of the pressure cooker, reserve the pig feet soup in the pressure cooker, and then pour the pig feet into the oil pan to stir fry
Step 6: then pour in the fried sour bamboo shoots and stir fry together, then pour in the soy sauce to color the pig feet, and continue to stir fry to make the pig feet even
Step 7: pour in the pig's foot soup and simmer for 10 minutes (stir fry every few minutes within 10 minutes, and add some boiling water if the previous pig's foot soup is not enough and simmer for less than 10 minutes)
Step 8: add red oil, pepper powder and color before boiling, then add salt and chicken essence. The soup doesn't need to be dried
Step 9: OK, it's done. Is the red one very appetizing, and it's a little sour and refreshing in the spicy taste, which is very appetizing. You'd better try it~
