Production steps:
Step 1: knead the dough with the back oil method until the gluten expands, round it, put it in the basin, cover it with plastic film, and ferment in the warm place.
Step 2: when the dough is 2-2.5 times the original volume, the fermentation is completed.
Step 3: wash fresh rosemary, dry and chop, slice garlic and soak in 10g olive oil.
Step 4: take out the fermented dough and exhaust, roll it open and fold it into a square shape, cover it with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 5: roll the relaxed dough into a rectangle about 1.5cm thick.
Step 6: brush the surface with olive oil from step 3, then sprinkle a little salt evenly.
Step 7: press some pits on the bread with your fingers, put the garlic slices in step 3 into the pits, and put them in a warm and moist place for final fermentation.
Step 8: when the hair is 1.5 times of the original volume, put it into a preheated 180 oven and bake it for about 15-20 minutes.

Instant dry yeast: 3G
Water: 130g
Olive oil: 25g
Garlic: 5
Fresh rosemary: 1 small branch
Note: 1. The water absorption of flour is different, please adjust the amount of water as appropriate. 2. Cover the bread with tin foil until the color is satisfactory. 3. If there is no fresh rosemary, it can be replaced by dry rosemary. If there is no fresh rosemary, you can not put it.
