Production steps:

Step 5: put chopped scallion, celery and garlic

Chili sauce: 10g
Scallion: right amount
Sweet sauce: 2G
Note: whether it's Roasted tofu or tofu skin, don't finish it at one time. Instead, it should be divided into two or three times to slowly lock its moisture in.
