Introduction:
"My family bought some iron yam, stewed it for several times, and some of them wanted to make desserts. Iron yam is a precious Chinese herbal medicine. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials (I forgot to shoot the glutinous rice flour)
Step 2: cut the yam into sections after peeling and steam it in a steamer for about 20 minutes
Step 3: mix glutinous rice flour and wheat starch, add sugar
Step 4: pour boiling water into the powder and stir it with chopsticks until there is no dry powder
Step 5: mix again to make a smooth dough
Step 6: find a flat plate, brush oil inside to prevent sticking, and press the dough flat into the plate
Step 7: steam in the steamer for another 10 minutes
Step 8: put the Steamed Yam into the fresh-keeping bag and crush it into mud with a spoon
Step 9: after the dough is steamed, put the dough in the preservative film and roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin
Step 10: spread the crushed yam on the dough and flatten it gently
Step 11: then put a layer of blueberry sauce on the yam (don't put it on the side, otherwise it will leak out)
Step 12: roll into a cylinder
Step 13: cut into sections to eat, or put a little sweet osmanthus sauce, the taste will be more sweet

Wheat starch: 50g
Blueberry sauce: right amount
Sweet scented osmanthus sauce: right amount
Sugar: 20g
Note: the best choice of yam is iron yam, the taste is sand, and it tastes better together; it's really not good, ordinary yam can also be used, but the taste is crisp, slightly inferior
