Braised pork with bean curd
Introduction:
"Stewed frozen tofu is my mother's favorite dish. It's also the dish that my mother cooked the most when I was a child. It's still a dish that I can't forget... It's very delicious to add frozen bean curd and cabbage to the braised meat. Frozen bean curd absorbs the fat of the meat and has a unique taste, which makes people have endless aftertaste. Frozen tofu is made from fresh tofu. It has many pores, good elasticity, rich nutrition and delicious taste. In order to eat this dish, I bought tofu early and put it out of the window to freeze. Tofu has the functions of Supplementing Qi and harmonizing Qi, used for abdominal distension, hematemesis and vomiting caused by acclimatization due to weakness of the spleen and stomach; moistening dryness and promoting fluid, used for thirst, insufficient milk and other diseases; clearing heat and detoxification, used for sulfur and liquor poisoning.
