Production steps:
Step 1: soak soybeans overnight.
Step 2: wash the pickled soybeans, pour them into the Jiuyang soymilk machine, add proper amount of water, plug in the power supply, and press the five grain soymilk button.
Step 3: Unplug the power after hearing the beep. Filter the bean dregs.
Step 4: cool the filtered soybean milk to 80-90 degrees
Step 5: prepare a small spoonful of lactone, and add 0.2% - 0.4% of soybean milk. (tofu, tofu flower: 500g soybean milk with lactone 1.25-1.3g).
Step 6: Boil lactone with a little cold water and pour into soybean milk. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 7: pour directly into large bowl or separate into small bowl. Keep warm for about 15 minutes.
Step 8: there will be a little water in the solidified bean curd, which can be skimmed off with a spoon.
Step 9: dice ham, pepper and chive.
Step 10: pour the bean curd into the flower to taste fresh and fragrant oil.
Step 11: Sprinkle with ham, pepper and chive. (or add seasoning to your own taste).
Step 12: a bowl of delicious tofu is ready. Eat while it's hot!
