Sweet and sour radish strips
Introduction:
"It's the Huaxin radish I bought. A quarter of it was made sweet and sour by me. It was cut into flower shape with a silk eraser. It's powdery, sweet and sour. It's very appetizing!"
Production steps:
Step 1: cut XinLiMei radish into large pieces about 6 mm thick.
Step 2: cut into flower shape with the top of the silk eraser.
Step 3: add a little salt to marinate out water, remove the spicy taste of radish.
Step 4: wash the pickled radish with cold boiled water and squeeze out the water.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of white vinegar.
Step 6: add some sugar.
Step 7: mix well.

Vinegar: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: after cutting radish, it's best to use salt to kill the pungent taste of radish, and then wash off most of the salt with water.
