In fact, the operation is quite simple. "
Production steps:
Step 1: ha ha, my husband did the preparatory work in front of me, so I didn't have any photos. I started from making bones. Wash the keel with a few drops of vinegar and put the pig's bone in it
Step 2: soak the dried orange peel in boiling water. Peel some garlic for use (forgot to take a picture)
Step 3: when the bones in the electric pressure cooker are ready, we mix a bowl of juice (a little vinegar, a little soy sauce, a little sugar) and keep stirring until all the sugar melts.
Step 4: put in a bowl of juice in a boiling pan, then add the orange peel and garlic petals washed by the foam. After boiling, add the keel and pig tail. Then add a bowl of bone soup and bring to a boil. Turn to the small guy and cover the pot to cook.
Step 5: after simmering for 20 minutes, turn over the bones in the pot with a spatula to make them color and taste evenly. Then turn off the heat and soak for 20 minutes. Then turn on the medium heat and simmer until the juice is dry.
