Lotus root irrigation with rice
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean the glutinous rice, soak it in cold water for 4 hours, and remove the water;
Step 2: wash lotus root;
Step 3: peel the lotus root and cut off the node;
Step 4: cut at the top;
Step 5: fill the soaked glutinous rice into the lotus root with chopsticks;
Step 6: cover the cut lotus root with a bamboo stick,
Step 7: steam for 1 hour;
Step 8: take out after steaming and cut into thin slices;
Step 9: steam for another 10 minutes
Step 10: out of the pot, sprinkle honey and sugar osmanthus

Jiangmi: 100g
Honey: right amount
Sweet scented osmanthus: appropriate amount
Note: to choose the thick and thin lotus root node, so as to fill in the rice (unfold)
