Braised sea cucumber with minced meat
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the fat and lean pork into minced meat;
Step 2: blanch the sea cucumbers in boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes, and set aside;
Step 3: add a little oil and salt to the original water, blanch and scald the vegetables until they are bright in color, and then cool them immediately;
Step 4: stir fry in a wok, cool the oil in a hot pan, and saute shallot and garlic;

Step 11: add a small amount of starch for many times and tick out the concentration you like;
Step 12: after the soup boils again, drop in a few drops of chicken oil (lard, salad oil is OK), stir fry evenly, start the pot.
